The #Pokemon support network is a joke. Constant automated responses that are irrelevant & don't acknowledge the issue. The shiny Koraidon/Miraidon distribution has been a total disaster, & all the automated response says is, "You do not need a purchase. Sorry for the confusion!"

These #Pokemon event distributions are terrible. Many countries have had no event announced yet, and they're in store events which makes it difficult for disabled players. Hardly accessibility friendly. Do better TPC.
