10 years since everything changed and the second age of Pokémon began. As someone who has been around Pokémon since the very beginning, this was an unimaginable cultural triumph and the biggest the franchise has been in the overall global view. It was astonishing to see.

So we just had the best June on record for Serebii, inexplicably beating June 2020. This is after having the best May, April and March on record this year too! I can't thank you all enough for all this trust and support. I'll continue to do my best going forward.

I can't help but think gaming is in a really, really, really bad place right now. Things like this, massive layoffs across the industry losing thousands of talented people who will never return, and the continual refocus on the Hollywoodification of games in general. I hate it.

Chances are high that Bubbly Basin will be live prior to PokémonXP, but figured I'd make sure it was reported on regardless.

Hearing the anime pronounce Archaludon a different way to how official materials have up to now, and how they've been saying it on VG & TCG streams...and even different to its context shows that there really is no hope to get Pokémon pronunciation consistent in the community

So I think Pokémon Champions definitely needs to up their online competition game. It needs to go back to the random rulesets to come back to get people to change things up. Doing Reg M-B in Ranked then same in competitions is just not it, in my view.

To do a comparison This is on Switch and mobile after 2 and a half months on Switch and 1 week on mobile TCG Pocket hit 10m after 2 days global (a month in NZ) and 30m a week afterwards.

Scrafty with Intimidate and Fake Out which can Mega Evolve to give Intimidate again is a special kind of filthy play in a physically dominant meta. Of course Eternal Flower Floette existing means it won't happen often but still...dirty.
