The Trump administration just killed a federal program that hundreds of small farmers relied on to survive, and the damage is already landing. The program paid farmers full market price for their crops, then routed that fresh food to food banks and the families who needed it.

Basically, Alito is going to retire. Someone jumped the gun, but he's going to give Trump his 4th Supreme Court Justice before the midterms. If this doesn't make the case for Supreme Court expansion, then you might be a masochist who enjoys suffering.

here is what i think: we're not consumers or spectators, we are participants with agency. you should not hope that democrats will do anything. you must work to force them to do the right thing. the odds are long, but we are far from the first americans to face long odds. we will win.

I’m mad about today. I’m mad that justices can’t do the bare minimum to uphold the Constitution. I’m mad that the law and our history, which I have dedicated so much of my life to, is an inconvenience than an inheritance to many. I’m mad that the academy, which I love, rewards and enables it.

Reforming the Supreme Court is not enough. It *must* also be expanded. Full Stop.

Ask every Democrat if they support Supreme Court reform, and if they don't, you primary them or support someone who does. That's it. Without the Supreme Court, we get nothing.
