BREAKING: A judge ruled the Trump-Vance admin violated the law in an attempt to condition access to federal housing funds on compliance with the admin’s partisan agenda. This victory is another major step in the fight to ensure the admin cannot hold life-saving funding hostage to political whims.

We won a court order BLOCKING the Trump-Vance admin’s attempt to revoke lawful status for noncitizens who have permission to live in the U.S. while their cases are considered. The court recognized this policy for what it was – a cruel and unlawful abuse of power.

NEWS: Judge orders ICE to release records regarding agents’ use of warrants in searches and arrests in our case. ICE argued it couldn’t produce the documents because of the shutdown. Ironically, this hasn't been a barrier to hiring new agents to carry out unlawful arrests.
