Gotta give props to Harper this afternoon. The mama bunny was sitting on the bunny nest when we went out to potty so I asked Harper to go in another direction off the porch & SHE DID &came back up on the porch without bothering the mama! Can’t tell you how proud I was bc she was definitely looking!

Prepping for a 2nd night of storms here. Last night almost did me in. 5 hours straight and Harper was completely terrified even with medication. Clawing at the headboard and had an accident in the bed. It breaks my heart that she’s so scared. We are dosed again. Send good energy our way!

Re BlueSky problems: For over a week if I click an image in my feed while scrolling and then x-out or swipe out, it takes me all the way back up to the top. I can’t just go back to where I was reading and continue on. Anyone else have this issue and know how to fix?

I get to write about some pretty unusual medical case reports for @livescience.com, and this one was a doozy. A woman in the UK suddenly started hearing voices urging her to get medical attention for a brain tumor, despite having no symptoms or prior diagnosis. The "voices" turned out to be right 🧪

You have to read this. Firsthand affidavit from one of the women who was there and recording the video. She talks about how Alex Pretti was directing traffic when she arrived. She watched him be killed in front of her. She's afraid to go home, worried she'll be arrested.

I remain absolutely furious that all this shit in Minneapolis started because a barely-literate homeschooled mormon made a video trying to run up in daycare centers trying to find people of Somalian descent doing fraud despite the ringleader (a white woman) being in jail since March. Demonic.
