Still buzzing about the Robert Plant/Saving Grace show last night in Cville. One of my favorite shows ever. The world is a mess right now, but at least we still have music to guard our sanity.

Last week, I got the COVID and flu vaccines. My 18yo was only able to get the flu shot because he didn't have an underlying condition. Both are contagious respiratory illnesses causes by viruses. The CDC's own website says COVID spreads more easily than the flu. Virginia, make it make sense.

Went to the doc this morning for my annual checkup. The nurse doing intake did a "depression screening" and asked something like, "In the last 30 days, have you felt depressed or hopeless?" I don't think she was expecting me to laugh. I had to clarify that I was referring to current events.
