Everton Football Club has today released its Annual Report and Accounts for the 2024/25 season, recording a club record turnover of £196.7m, an increase of £9.8m on the previous year, and a significantly reduced loss of £8.6m for the financial period.

Our last 10 games see us as one of the form teams and in more than half those games we’ve played one of the other form teams!

The process that resulted in Chelsea’s tap on the wrist looks more questionable the closer one looks at it. I can’t help thinking there’s politics at play here and a precedent has been set that Man City will aim to exploit. Should the Regulator force the PL to publicly explain their actions ?
