Some lovely specimens of the earliest vascular land plants collected last weekend with the Mid Wales Fossil Group from forestry track exposures near Bishops Castle. We think there are probably 2 Cooksonia species here in the Silurian rocks. There were also tiny fragments of Eurypterids #FossilFriday
