What I do - if you're using Photoshop (tho I'm sure the others have an equivalent) I use the Black & White adjuster - you don't have to change the color mode just go to Image>Adjustments>black & white - a dialog will pop up w sliders for the core colors, tho we'll just use Cyan (more next post)
