Sometime ago I was on here looking for a probation officer who was working in 2010 in the UK and who also might have worked with prisoners pre release. I can’t remember who got in touch but if there is anyone who fits the bill, pls get in touch. It’s for a book, Many thanks. Please repost ;)

'Tangier Bay at Night.' During his time in Tangier, John Lavery painted many nocturnes which for the most part are subtle transitions of grey and blue, adopting the vocabulary of Whistler, an artist he greatly respected. This is from 1913.

My late mother-in-law made us Christmas ornaments for years, I think we can agree that this is some of her best work. Miss her.

My daughter is regaling us with stories about her weekend as an elf in a South London Santa’s Grotto. On arrival for her shift she was told ‘Don’t hog the toilet. Santa’s got a urine infection.’

First year selling my art at Christmas without the Other site, where most of my sales came from, as well as losing US orders to new tariffs, so it'll be a tough one - I put huge work into every order, so even if you can't buy, shares help get them in front of eyes. GRMA!

Yeah so Giant's Causeway actually is all that. Literally found the end of the rainbow, as well as the location for the final scene of MAEVE (Pat Murphy & John Davies, 1981) (Not pictured bc it was hailing by the time we worked it out.)
