dogs seen so far today: 1 🐕 seemed to be a Husky/Aussie mix with heterochromia… a real life shiny! ✨ he seemed calm, but he's probably way too much energy for me. 😅 he looked kind of like this but with asymmetrical cream patches on his face and elsewhere, and more of an Aussie build/features:

we used to think gamer neighbor worked from home, too. we're no longer so sure. which makes us wonder: when does he sleep, with how often i hear him overnight? i got up to use the bathroom and get a drink and i can hear that he's (quietly – sort of) gaming now, at 1:45 a.m. EDT (time of post). lol.

it needed to get down to 26° F outside for our apartment to be about 72° F – the heat is not on! – and *not* need the AC on… we have often had to use it lately. 😑 (we are on the second floor – definitely get rising heat – and most neighboring units contain elderly folks who keep the heat up)

on a positive note: my lithium levels are way down, dropping with the titration off of lithium (mood stabilizer for bipolar) very excited about this, and my kidney function improving along with it i'm also seeing a reduction in side effects that are due to long-term use #bipolarsky #bipolar 🎭 ↓
