Our recent preprint about using a custom chromatin capture assay, to identify potential target genes for cancer risk variants. For several variants, the target gene for cis regulation was ~ +/- 1Mb away, and we experimentally confirmed this for multiple targets.

OK, blue sky followers I need advice. I deactivated my Twitter account, but somehow the profile still stayed up. I no longer have access to it because it thinks I’ve deactivated it. Yesterday a bot took it over changed the username and is spamming all my former followers- what to do?

New Pre-print! A long-standing question for transcription factor biology is how their chromatin context dependency works in plants. In this collaboration with Fred Berger lab, we present some new ideas not only in Arabidopsis but also in Marchantia.
