Hiya, I'm thinking about starting a trend called Starfish Saturday, where I showcase starfish. Today's entry is my all-time favorite, the crown of thorns starfish! These funky lil guys eat coral polyps and *checks notes* are currently starting to outbreak on the great barrier reef apparently, oh no.

I picked a dead bee up off the windowsill today. Up close, they're really quite beautiful. Although, beauty is in the eye of the bee holder.

I'm doomscrolling as one does and I liked a video, didnt think much of it, it did the confetti + pop up thing. The brainrot has gone too far, my night is ruined 💔 (No but srsly, why was this added??)

Remember, sometimes it's good to get out of your comfort zone (even if its just in small ways) and can be pretty rewarding at times. For example, I tried cooking bourbon glazed salmon for the first time today despite my aversion to touching most raw meats and my reward was a tasty lunch and dinner.

Made ice cream, took it out of the freezer after like 6 hours, and it was mostly just vanilla milk slushie. Hopefully it'll be better tomorrow night! Remember to stay hydrated!

We made a pumpkin flavored cheesecake today! It was reallyyyyyyy yummy. The crust is mostly graham cracker, with some biscoff cookies mixed in. Def recommend for a breakfast, even if its technically a dessert.

I felt like doing art today and a friend gave me a prompt, pretty proud of how it came out. I call it "Ho ho h- oh no"

I know of many birds (tho i cant name half of them) but the one bird I think about often? Woodcock. Why? Because it goes peent, and I love it. There's a 2 year old video on yt titled 'Peent Peent' by ngreimond, and I highly recommend it to anyone who likes silly creatures.

Made dinner today. It was spaghetti with boiled eggs, and it tasted soooo good. I used ground beef and pork sausage for the meat, and the seasonings were onion powder, garlic powder, dan-o's, Italian, sazon perfecta, and 2 bay leaves. I also added some beef broth and tomato soup to even out flavors

Saw something earlier that brought me to think this, so I wanna say it loudly: You are not entitled to anybody's time, nor is anybody entitled to your time. Don't like a convo? Walk away Don't like someone? Walk away (or block in the case of the Internet) You don't need to entertain everyone

Two of my most hated creations so far, burnt raw bacon (im proud of this one) and one pot mac n cheese (it thickened after the pic was taken which is why it looks so soupy)
