Side note: I'd already compartmentalized "voices" my entire life because of my vocal flexibility, acting/singing, and the desire to fall into a safe/useful "role" wherever I went. I already had singsong voices, "giving a speech" voices, etc., so this feels like an intuitive extension of it all.

I've been slowly paying more attention to my voice to figure out the process for speaking the way I want more consistently. I had an interesting revelation. The changes I'm adapting are becoming more intuitive. The real problem is that they haven't been fully mapped to my code-switching.

I spent a day and a half optimizing my resume for a perfect-fit job before sending it off in time for the Friday deadline. Early Monday morning they email me, and want me to interview. Not with HR, but with the actual team. This job would be a game-changer. I'm going to make sure I'm prepared.
