I think I like it overall, but I'll have to work on it. It's quite dense and since I couldn't smush it quite as thin as I'd've liked, the sauce and cheese tastes were a little muted. And I used quite a bit of both! It did *not* need the whole 20 minutes in the oven, but what're you gonna do.

Gabi's having a very independent few days. No snuggles! But when she came over and squeaked at me, I followed her to the stairs and gave her scritches on her little head until she wanted pets, then pets and kisses until she flopped by the back door. We had a nice purr motor going! 🩶
