What really makes me mad is that Microsoft is not laying off people because they don't have money to pay them or even because they're seeing smaller profits, they're not! They're doing this because the shareholders demand infinite growth. This whole thing is ridiculous and makes no sense.

Can you imagine if Disney wanted to connect to billions of comic-fiction moviegoers, and their first plan were to gut Marvel Studios? People would riot. We should riot.
