The big tell on the ICE murder, on top of everything else, is the failure to render aid to the shooting victim. Clear as day on the video. They are not first responders, this was criminal behavior.

Even in the most charitable interpretation, giving up Minneapolis’s prerogative to investigate the homicide seems to expose a misunderstanding of the dynamics of the situation.
