I’m a little over halfway through this and I’m quite enjoying it, but man, Dickens’ writing cadence takes some getting used to. Sometimes things just fly along; other times it takes two or three attempts at a paragraph before I feel like I’ve actually *read* it. Overall, though, damn good so far.
