Cycles light is nice, but i will refine the textures more. I did a big mistake here: i completely forgot to use a checker map to arrange the UV. plz dont ask to see my UV map. #pixelart

A little test im making with the Pribambase plugin for @blender.org and @aseprite.org , what the plugin does is to facilitate the drawing of pixel textures on aseprite! It shows the UV on aseprite and show in real time the texture while you paint! its really nice.

If you're playing Breath of Fire IV on GOG (you should) I highly recommend to follow the small tutorial below ("Forcing Point Sampling for Sharp Pixels") to remove the filter from the PC version and restore its gorgeous pixel-art! Also, keep the resolution in 4:3 format! (before/after)
