25 years after approving the Liberty Village Master Plan, the City of Toronto has not managed to build sidewalks along Liberty Street to support the thousands of people who now call the neighbourhood home. Sidewalks are scheduled for 2029 so in the meantime we get purple paint. We need to do better.
