My first work from University of Bern, Switzerland! Excited to share the discovery of ~60 conserved RNA structures in 14000 plant chloroplast genomes. Developed our own pipeline to identify conserved RNA structures and I hope it is useful for #RNA biologists for their sequences of interest!
