I think a trap many artists (+ teams) make is to overestimate the importance of the quality of singular assets, and undervalue how they are assembled, how they are blended together. You get a lot more out of a consistent, harmonious environment with a good mix ratio than with only good models.

LinkedIn people making long posts about Helldivers 2 or other games will always be a mystery to me... It's like having your neighbour looking at your window and writing a book about it, very little context, lots of assumptions
