Found this old photo from 2014 of black mould in our kitchen that Bromford just covered with paint and stuck a cabinet on top, 11 years later and they still haven't fixed the cause of the wall pointing losing its waterproofing. Just one of the Many damp and mould reasons why have had to move home

Today is the 5th working day that the housing ombudsman gave Bromford housing to reply to formal complaints made in May 2024 and August 2024 The last time the ombudsman asked them to reply in January they ignored that then eventually sent false information when pressured.

@sgloscouncil.bsky.social need to sort out the homechoice bidding process. You need to put "if you have a priority card, with the home advertised Band A so need rehoming for health reasons you will win the bid, but wait you can't have a nice new build because you are disabled" make it make sense
