This sounds like what a sexual predator would say to their victim: Just lay there, let me do this, do not resist, everything will be fine - and don't complain afterwards, because you got what you deserved. Secretary Bessent, we have a saying in Finland: "go ski into a pine tree"

The KIM-1 was an amazing little machine. It ran a whole universe of programming languages: BASIC, PASCAL, FORTH, FOCAL, VTL02, PILOT, and COMAL. But it wasn’t just about languages — there were so many practical applications too:

What’s so special about the KIM-1 anyway? It was probably the cheapest way for a would-be computer programmer / hobbyist to get a pre-built working system. It could be expanded with extra memory and a terminal. It was the ideal software-meets-hardware experimenter system. Basic but flexible.
