I've said this a few times in recent months to friends: I cannot recommend getting out of online-only, "influencer" spaces enough. Go outside, volunteer somewhere local, or hang out with friends. Humans aren't wired for the constant barrage of information that is social media.

I think instead of pursuing happiness, we might be better served by removing as many sources of unhappiness as we can--things, people and situations that cause us feelings of stress, guilt, shame, or sadness. Reducing those things creates more space for joy, inspiration, gratitude and creativity.
