so my wife and I have just left TCM playing when we can’t figure out what to watch, and i’ve discovered I can do an entire cast’s worth of impressions of classic hollywood performers for her entertainment. the stars of the show: ray milland and james mason.

saw NOVOCAINE last night, which is a mid compromise between a genuinely silly and lighthearted romantic comedy and black hearted gorehound horror-comedy. had it taken one of those lanes from the get-go, it’d probably be pretty great.
