Some signs that a nation has gone rogue: 1. Withdrawing from financial support commitments to ally nations. 2. Threatening ally nations with invasion. 3. Invading other nations under thin pretense and stealing their resources. 4. Withdrawing from treaties of international cooperation.

Just putting this out there but if the Trumpian Jan 6th narrative is accepted and he 'won' the 2020 election, wouldn't that make him currently ineligible for this 'third' term?
