Tonight on a NY1 interview, Andrew Cuomo described Zohran Mamdani as "an existential threat" to New Yorkers and the Democratic Party. I can't say strongly enough that this is despicable, dangerous, irresponsible language. I've never held Cuomo in high esteem; let this election be his banishment.

Hi, this is Meg Barnette, Brad's wife. While escorting a defendant out of immigration court at 26 Federal Plaza, Brad was taken by masked agents and detained by ICE. This is still developing, and our team is monitoring the situation closely.

No solutions here, just human beings listening to each other. It's important.

Sharing this to illustrate the absurdity of making a basic human activity "criminal". Same in the USA, you cannot make the basics of immigration, people looking for a better life for them and their families "criminal". You can make it orderly, with common sense restrictions.
