We still have a few years to go before all the long term effects of a single infection, let alone several, will be known. And since thereâs no infection control for airborne transmission basically anywhere in society, we can unfortunately expect things to get worse before they get better.

The idea that you can get sick ONCE and never go back to what your body and life were like before is terrifying. Seeing people in masks and wearing one yourself can be a triggering reminder of this fact. Which is why people viciously resist masking and are hostile to those who do.

No one ever fully recovers from an infection of Covid-19. Symptoms may fade, but ongoing harm continues within the body. If repeated infections happen, the harm is increased. To avoid infection and the harm that results, wear a respirator mask in all situations of potential contagion.
