Trump is now saying he may not be able to land a trade deal with Canada. No word yet on whether it's Obama's fault Biden's fault or Hillary's fault. Probably hard for him to fully focus on tariffs while also negotiating with a convicted child sex trafficker to exchange her silence for a pardon.
