I'm going with Maestro Phaser effect ( Maestro owned by Gibson) it doesn't have the "air" of a real Leslie rotating speaker and the timing is off a Leslie Chorale setting is about 40~50 RPM and Tremolo about 350~400 RPM

Sorry, but that sounds more like a univibe/chorus effect than tremolo. The former effects pitch, the latter volume.

It's the tremolo effect on an amp. The effect had two controls: Rate and Depth. The songs you posted turned both of the controls higher than most users would have.
