Abstract starts with an unsupported conclusion stated as fact, and implies deaths caused by vaccinations are hidden because authorities are compelled to do so. So many things in this paper are presented as fact that someone not versed in the subject might be fooled. A peer reviewed should not be.

First, thank you! Second, as someone who has anti-vax friends and family and knows a cursory thing about the VAERS database and how they use it to push their nonsense, it’s disappointing to know that this was published and sat there for this long when even I know VAERS doesn’t work that way. 😞

Often anti-vaccine papers are quietly retracted and the authors keep plodding along. We should spread the word when it happens.

Very few papers deserve the Damnatio Memoriae treatment, but this was one.
