Always good to know the lingo when writing short things.

This resonated a lot with me. I've been the only member of my immediate biological birth family left for about 13 years now, and it has made me very conscious of not saving things for best.

In my team we try to ensure that we have some days every week where we're all in the office. It might be less productive from a focused work point of view, but for 'can I just check...'or 'Any ideas about...' type of conversations it's invaluable.
