Yes. Covering RW populism is a tool to provide a distraction. Identify minorities as the enemy, the cause of all social problems, and keep the people fighting between themselves so they don't realise that the real enemy is the corporate oligarchs.

Republicans control every branch in Washington. Now, Trump is openly giddy about using the shutdown to slash and burn federal resources that working Americans count on. His shutdown, and firings, will hurt people in every part of this country.

The GOP Budget Law passed this summer will nearly double — and possibly triple — monthly health insurance bills for most Californians enrolled in our state's marketplace. Republicans can either take immediate action to fix this or continue lying about making Americans pay more.
