I heard a new concept: disco nap. This is a nap that you take, likely as a middle-aged person, so that you can survive an after-midnight dance session. I will try to combine it with a caffeine nap, when you drink strong coffee before a nap so the caffeine kicks in and wakes you up after 30 min.
