We are doing a special sandwich collaboration with a restaurant here in PDX called Lardo. It’s a tribute to Sarah’s mom. It’s griddled sourdough, meatloaf glazed with Smoked Habanero Bbq Marshall’s Haute Sauce, white cheddar, pickles, and Ruffles. Proceeds go to a local food bank. Check it out!
