A way to journal is this: when you buy something, carefully take off the label and glue it into a book, and then write a note about the label (i.e. Where you got it, how much it cost, etc.), and you do the same with other labels, but also drawings/sketches as well.

I did a bit of research and my Genius Iridium fountain pen is a no brand fountain pen, from what I gathered, and that the genius Iridium is the nib itself.

Here are the pens I won in the auction. When the seller said they didn't work, I thought maybe they weren't used to fountain pens and wanted to see why they didn't work. It turns out, they were more unusable than I thought.

Fountain pen of the day: A favorite of many people, the Lamy 2000. It’s a Bauhaus inspired pen, in a minimalist design. The makrolon used in its fabrication gives a nice tactile feel and the quality is top notch. It has a semi hooded gold nib and a piston filling system. Great writer.
