Fountain pen of the day (vintage): A rare piece, this is the Caran d’Ache Ecridor Les Satines, a 1989 pen in brass and lacquer, instead of the silver colored and engraved metals that the Swiss brand sells today. It has a good steel nib.

According to my sources I cannot recall, Merriam Webster didn't like how some words were spelled. One such word was "chorus" and wanted it to be spelled "Korus" which I agree with, but it didn't catch on. He didn't like that ch made the "K" sound in "Chorus" but made the "ch" sound in "church".

I was telling a friend on Discord I liked his new icon while I was listening to two fictional adults arguing over a boy. When I said he was welcome, I said "you're trouble" instead. He rightfully took offense, but I apologized and explained what happened and told him he was welcome. I'm embarrassed.

I visited the profile of the artist who had contacted me, the one I suspected to be a scammer... and I found them an art piece of a friends characters, so I sent the link to my friend and he told me the artist scammed them... my suspicion was correct.
