Pro ice hockey has some interesting mascots. So for picking Kraken vs Mammoth: which would win a fight? I'd have a question: is the fight on land or in the water. Mammoth vs Penguins, question: how many penguins? Same w Sharks vs Kraken; how many sharks. That's be important to know.

In college I heard of a woman who decided her college basketball tournament bracket picks by which mascot would win in a fight. Eg Wisconsin vs Oregon, a badger would probably beat a duck. Cal vs Arizona, a bear might beat a wildcat. Her bracket often outperformed mens' who picked w basketball info.

I think part of the reason the reaction to people arguing *for* GenAI use is so aggressive is that not a single one of these arguments bothers to meaningfully engage with the ethical problems these technologies present. And those ethical problems are monumental. They're not minor.
