I still find it hard to emotionally regulate sometimes, and just holding on to those reins of emotions drain me and it takes my all to do so, this only makes me want to treat kids kinder. They experience emotions bigger than themselves and do not have the tools to self regulate.

I always try my best to distance myself from people who hate kids or babies. Yes babies are going to cry, they are probably experiencing the most traumatic thing ever in their 2 days of existence. What happened to compassion? Where is your empathy?

I decided to start researching and conducting literature reviews as a hobby again, just to stimulate my brain. It’s been doing wonders. I already feel alive again.

My favourite part of uní was conducting literature reviews on my hyper-fixations. I really miss it. I’ve been preparing for a merit exam and I haven’t been doing something as fun as researching to focus more on my exam which is less than a month away.
