If this cracks into conservative media spaces, thatāll be goodā a decent chunk of Trump voters still want to believe heās an anti-establishment vox populi sort. Some of that segment fractured in the summer after he told folks to get over the Epstein thing, and are open to off-ramps.

āChildhoodās End,ā and its quiet assertion that āthe stars are not for man.ā I think about that all the time. It was such a surprise to find that in a genre Iād known mostly as exploratory and aspirational. And it was humbling, a reminder of our smallness and transience.

I still maintain that J.J., the Duffers, the Russos, and Tarantino all have the exact same problem in that they obsess over the surface level elements of their hyperfixations so much that they completely miss why any of it matters

Let me run the Bond franchise and Iāll blow him up at the end of every movie. Maybe several times within each movie if it feels right. Heāll be back the next movie (or scene) and nobody will talk about it, but man are we gonna explode that guy a LOT.

Start with a fun action scene with a new actor playing Bond. Maybe have him open by saying something pithy and meta, āWhere was I again?ā Gonna start calling this āBlading,ā when a studio spends years obsessing over a property thatās actually really damn simple.

This isn't "internal recriminations." It's voters expressing overwhelming opposition to what the people they elected to represent them are doing, and anyone--either in journalism or politics--who characterizes it as infighting is either not seeing and hearing what's right in front of them or lying.

Itās become more known that Schumer has a made-up family he talks to for guidance, the Baileys, but I really think itās crazy the news doesnāt talk about this more often. Like, our legislature has a party leader who just straight **made up some imaginary friends.** That is literally insane.

I will not support a deal that does nothing to make health care more affordable. We are in a health care emergency. A simple one-year extension of these tax credits would cost less than Donald Trumpās $40 billion bailout for Argentina. A vote for this bill is a mistake.
