You guys, just because I said I don't know how to do something doesn't mean I *want* to learn how to do it.

I genuinely have no idea how to make my TV watch an over-the-air TV channel. When I was a kid we had cable and they'd switch what our local channels were. So Fox29 would be on channel 18 through our cable box. I have never in my life understood how to watch things where they're supposed to be.

I got Distract Me Not for my browsers, and luckily, I find figuring out how to use extensions to be so tedious and annoying on firefox that I can't really turn it off very easily after it's been turned on. So I guess step one of the digital detox is being an old man confused by a UI.
