First issue on part 3 of my read through, Moon Knight 1. I know Moon Knight mostly from West Coast Avengers and McKay's current run so this should be interesting.

I have reached the year 1982 on my Marvel read through. Biggest pleasant surprise was Dr Strange. It reads as an early Sandman and the artwork is usually phenomenal. Loved Claremont's X-men which is no surprise but I loved that it still holds up.Biggest letdown, the Avengers. Not bad, just mediocre.

Me watching "How to make a killing" which had some good moments but was overall mediocre and featured no nudes scenes with Glen Powell.

Hot take (maybe) I really don't get the hype about this show. I think The Last of Us gave us a much better gay story in one episode than Heated Rivalry did in six. And yes the men were hot but the sex was not. It reminded me of some old TLA movies. Enjoyable but utterly forgettable.

Around issue 60 the Defenders comic becomes really bad. Like really really bad. I cannot underline enough what a moron Nighthawk is. This is a very useless character, I don't understand his powers or why he has a stupid jetpack. I really hope he dies screaming at some point.

A comic in which a witch and his powerful alien husband fight Baba Yaga. I loved it before I even red it. And the first issue was good, looking forward to the next.

Finally got to the Avengers annual where Rogue first makes her appearance. And while she is yet to become the character that I will love above else, it’s so nice to see her. Above all, I’m happy to see Claremont shove that ridiculous “pregnancy” storyline down Marvel’s (and Shooter’s) throat.

I’m not a huge Frank Miller fan, but his DD run was legen -wait for it- dary, LEGENDARY. Plus Elektra is one of the few Greek superheroes so I kinda have to love her.

Finishing up #Kirby 's Fourth World and I only really connected with Mr Miracle. Kirby could draw and he created a lot of long lasting characters but he could not write. The story lines made little to no sense but the art was incredible.
