Designing a job class spread for my RPG game and uh

Here's a random game designy question. I'm creating a job/class system for a game idea and I am trying to differentiate between the Freelancer/Onion Knight type class and the Red Mage-type class. I came up with Pioneer and Trailblazer respectively, but those words more or less mean the same thing.
