Halfway through the brainfog of yesterday I realized I also missed taking important meds the day before and the whole day was a complete wash. Today is better.

I ran a DnD game last night for our regular crew and I've been planning this session for weeks. It went beautifully, but I Could Not Sleep last night because the adrenaline had a complete hold on me. I ended up needing extra chill-out meds to fall asleep and today I am SOOoo foggy. Work is a mess.

In prep for leaving for vacation we've done extra yard work, extra cleaning, extra everything. I just had a hot bath and drank a radler and I feel like jello.

The rapture prediction going wild in TikTok right now has me extremely philosophical as an exvangelical. The most optimistic insight I have on it is that even those who pursue the righteous destruction of the world to encourage rapture conditions (it doesnt happen when things are great, just fyi)...

Anyway, the operator also mentioned that the system to cancel Disney+ subscriptions is down. So if you think you canceled, double check. The process involves multiple confirmation emails. If you only received one, you might be stuck halfway.

I just called Disney+ to cancel my account and had the most joyful interaction with an operator who was laughing the entire time about how many people had canceled today. I can only imagine how it feels to spend an entire day witnessing how many people want to stop fascism.

Mojo and I are one week away from a cruise that goes to the bad place. We started planning it 18 months ago with a lot of friends, including many of Mojo's childhood friends. To say I'm worried is an understatement! This is the first time Mojo and I have planned a vacation for both of us in years.

While falling asleep last night I had to explain that this was not a cake to warm up in the microwave, even though it lives in the freezer. I couldn't rest until he knew. Just in case.

I'm in the uncomfortable space where my most recent hyperfixations aren't hitting and I don't have a new one yet and it feels like an itch I can't scratch.

I went to the CoOp while hungry today and impulse bought a McCain Deep and Delicious chocolate cake and it is as good as I remembered AND it isn't an American product so I get to introduce it to Mojo. Nearly 10 years in Canada and it's the first time!

I've been in conference sessions for two days and Pisim and I are decompressing from the stress of being apart.

Last night's insomnia has just been so detrimental to my mood today. Just so sad.

Misfits and Magic season 2 is a real heartbreaker.

i was super proud of myself for going to bed at 11:30 tonight but after three plus hours of insomnia I've given up.

I hadn't done laundry in a month and that was my whole day. But I did it.

I know this is small potats but Domino's changed their bacon supply and I am not adapting to the change in taste or mouth feel. My favorite pizza was a custom pineapple/bacon/jalapeño (some light, some extra) and i ordered it with the new bacon and it doesn't compare. Don't come at me for pineapple!

It's nice that we're all having a good time together.
