Interesting stuff here, including thoughts on a soon-to-be-former #Cubs RF: “Though Tucker has a history of getting to balls well, his arm strength is 4-5 MPH below that of an average right fielder… In sum, a decent defensive player if healthy, though not necessarily up with the best-skilled RFs.”

There's no such thing as a "favorite" or a "front-runner" for any free agent right now, except maybe if it's a guy likely to stay in the same place. There's no "in the lead," there's no "close to the finish." It's either signed or not signed.
