Two solutions that would bring back #MedPeds trained #doctors as well as increase #Pediatrics workforce: 1) pay #Pediatricians exactly same as adult medicine doctors for identical work (eg pediatric vs adult hospitalists) 2) provide same respect as IM doctors (which isn’t much, but more than Peds)
