So the “everyone should be armed” second amendment crowd is using the fact the a man was armed (maybe) as justification? Is this right?

They shot Renee Good in the face. They kidnapped Liam Ramos. They just executed a man on the street. Unmask them. Prosecute them. No more secret police.

Early DHS spin (via Fox News) is that the person shot repeatedly by Border Patrol officers in Minneapolis was armed -- note that open carrying firearms is legal with a permit and notably, they are not (yet at least) claiming that the person fired or even brandished a gun, just had one.

1/ICE, contrary to longstanding 4th Amendment jurisprudence, now says it can enter people’s homes without a judicial warrant; an administrative warrant suffices. That's a form signed by a gov't employee who can be fired if they displease the president. It’s not difficult to see the problem here.
