An early implementation of my goal to enjoy life more this year is to try moving my body every half hour at work. Just for a minute or two - some simple body weight exercises or stretches. Sitting at a desk all drains me and I want to feel, well, NOT drained every day thank-you-very-much.

I use adblockers and enable basic privacy settings so religiously that it is incredibly jarring when I get on a new device where none are installed or set. The web is damn near unusable for me without them.
