Incredibly well deserved! A little lull at the start but it just keeps building to great conclusion! And in a world where billionaires and corporations want you to own nothing this game is full on this disc and playable start to finish with no download. That’s something all gamers need to support.

BREAKING: Ubisoft is canceling the Prince of Persia: Sands of Time remake and 5 other games (4 unannounced, 1 mobile). The company says it is also delaying 7 games (including an unannounced project believed to be a Black Flag remake) as part of a larger restructuring.

If the company that shipped Skull & Bones is telling you that they canceled a game for quality reasons, it's easy to assume that that game must've been pretty fucking bad.

Made some progress in Tomb Raider: Anniversary tonight. No other series in the history of gaming makes my butt clench like early TR games wondering if I’m going to make a jump… or not. On the plus side by the time I’m done with this trilogy I’ll have buns of steel 🍑

Tomb Raider: Legend complete (4th game of 2026)! I’ve never played the LAU trilogy so I’m remedying that with the Steam Deck. Some cool moments and a good story. Controls can be frustrating at times and the story ended pretty abruptly but I enjoyed my time with it. On to TR: Anniversary!

I was crushed when Wild got canceled. I really hope some version of that game gets released eventually. Such a cool concept!

With Code Vein 2 releasing soon I decided to try the first. This game was never really on my radar but it’s actually a quite good souls-like. Story is really unique. Only about 7ish hours into it so we’ll see how it goes. Fun so far!

Eriksholm complete! 2nd platinum and 3rd game of 2026 (55th platinum overall). Fantastic little isometric stealth, puzzle game. Only took about 10 hours to complete. Great story and a great refresher from the huge RPGs that have been taking up all my time 😅

Avowed is coming to PS5!! (My luck has struck again 😂 Just bought it and put 20 hours into it on my Steam Deck) Looking forward to picking this up on ps5 though. Hopefully it will release physically with everything on the disc as well @obsidian.net??

Physical editions of Hi-Fi Rush are finally happening!!!

After 81 hours (and an UNSKIPPABLE dlc quest during the epilogue) Kingdom Come: Deliverance is complete! This game is an undertaking. Massive learning curve at the beginning but by the end it truly feels like you went from nothing to something.

First platinum of 2026 and 54th overall: Ghost of Yōtei!! Starts with a bang then a slight lull that builds to a magnificent crescendo! 9/10

Exactly 20 games completed in 2025! It was a fantastic year. Here’s to more great games in 2026!!

Last game of 2025! Ghost of Yōtei is complete. Just a few trophies to dust up for the platinum. Slow start but then it becomes incredible. Sony really has these revenge/hope stories down.

My 4 most anticipated games of 2026

In the home stretch of Ghost of Yōtei! All the pieces are coming together. This game really highlights the complexity of relationships. Especially the risks/rewards of having them when you’re a one woman war machine.

2025 as a PlayStation fan has been weird for me 😂 The Steam Deck has reintroduced me to the world of Steam and GOG after more than a decade away and so much has changed. The Steam Deck is a fantastic and very adaptable device and Macs are actually pretty decent game machines now.

I’m finally playing Avowed! I’ve been enamored with this game since the first teaser trailer and then once I found out it was set in the Pillars of Eternity universe I KNEW I had to play this! Got tired of hoping it would get ported to ps5 (but now I’m sure it will just because I bought it 😂)
