To be very clear - questions of whether Epstein provided compromising information on Trump to Putin - which then in turn explains Trumpâs dangerous subservience to Putin - is back on the table.

Interesting insight into the worrying influence and attitudes of Robin Gibb and David Grossman. Any further investigation needs to focus on those two. Gibb's influence especially over the past decade.

Robbie Gibb was appointed to the BBC Board by Boris Johnson, was an editorial advisor for GB News, and worked as Theresa May's Director of Comms. He is not impartial or neutral. The government should remove him from the Board immediately to protect the BBC's independence.

Gibb needs to be investigated by as many journalists as possible. I once knew him, unfortunately. As right-wing as you can be, shamelessly devious & deeply unpleasant. âLinks with the Conservativesâ doesnât begin to explain how deeply he is intertwined with them

Sources say Robbie Gibb amplified criticisms of Trump, Gaza and trans rights coverage, and had âa lot of oxygen in the roomâ

Leaving Gibb and Grossman in place, who were part of the problem, is not going to help the BBC, rather the opposite. Time to put a halt on their influence and investigate them too.

If only Fox News or GB News were held to even 100th of the standard that the BBC is expected to operate. Nandy needs to offer full throated support for the organisation. I fear she won't.

Does this mean we can have the BBC's highly respected 'Dateline London' and 'Hardtalk' back? Both were inexplicably cancelled by those who have now left so here's hoping the new incomers will bring them back. Both programmes were respected the world over. Should never have been cancelled!

Remember when young working in BBC Newsroom, attending editorial meetings etc, usual media complained of left wing bias. So thought would focus on that & came to the conclusion there was no left wing bias, they were simply reporting the truth. It was the reporting of the truth they objected to!

Solarâs price drop is astonishing: panels are now 98% cheaper than when I first analyzed them in 2004. Today, building a fence with solar can be cheaper than using wood.
